lst with hempy buckets

Ok I know many people have seen this picture before, but is that really the way you do it? Every person ive seen do it on here doesnt go around the pot, they just kinda space it out and let the branches catch up. Also any ideas if low stress training would fit well with hempy buckets?

That's a great pic, but I have never circled the pot, but have seen people who have. Sure you can LST with hempy, but you would have to wait a little so the roots grow down and grab on to something.

thank you, i just wanted to hear that someone has actually done it, because i really want to see how many colas actually rise up, and i figured you would have to wait a lil longer with a hempy, especially all perlite
