LST? When?

So im a first timer, and have a small space for growing, its only going to neeed to house 2 plants maybe even 1 depending on sex, and my question is, when is too early to start LST'ing my little guys r almost a week old and i want to get it started asap because i hear it helps lower stress.

any answers would be sveet!

you can start when you get like 3 leaf sets..and it doesnt lower stress on the plant.. its a low stress method to train your plant.. i dont know if thats what you meant or what..the plant will still be just as susceptible to stress as an untrained plant.

lol no i meant starting it early will help it along the LST process. i think lol
