Hello everyone. At what height do you make your first tie down when using the LST (low stress training) technique?

Also, how long do you leave it tied down before untying?

I actually re-pot at 45 degree angle and tie.. I keep mine tied...

start LST asap and keep it tied until the stem goes woody and won,t move back

i slowly pull mine down over say 3 or 4 days so it wont slow growth or hurt the stem and the bigger it gets the longer this might take say a week or 2 if its over 12"

I don't bend mine until the first day of flower. I repot at a sharp angle like Yackabus.
