LST question

How long do you leave the branches tied down? Do you untie and then re-tie again at some point, or just leave them tied for the entire grow? Thanks.

The way I understand it is that you leave it tied down at all your previous tie down spots, however I have no experience actually putting this into action.

well you can tie branches down and tie the main top over it will go towards the light you cann leave em tied ur gonna need it later if you got a female to hold the buds up the point ol low stress training is to open up the plant more so you can give it more sites for bud or branches just dont go overboard a litt;le at a time man happy growing
