LST outdoors during flowering

Ive come to the conclusion that Im going to have to build a greenhouse over 14ish plants outdoors because they wont have enough time to finish... They are just now showing sex as of today (August 31st) and the strain requires about 60 days to finish... problem is that it will be frosting in a month give or take... heavy killing frosts in just over a month (probably)...

So my problem is that I need to slowly bend the plants down toward the ground (LST) in order to build a greenhouse around them out of PVC and clear 6 mil plastic. They are ranging from about 6-8 feet tall. Its not only hard to build the greenhouse over them that tall, but it would also stick out like a sore thumb, so I want the greehouse to be as low as possible.

If I slowly bend them toward the ground making the like a upside down capital "L" or a sideways "L", your pick, would it stress them much? Im concerned because they are just starting to flower.. I dont want to cheat myself out of weight due to stress, or worse (accidentally snapping the stem)...

Is it possible to train them like this this late in the game? like i said, they are 6-8 foot tall and grown naturally (not topped). They arent too bushy, they were only started outside on july 1st.

please help, anybody... thanks in advance
