LST or Uncle Bens Topping Only

I have used LST before and I was very successful, I only have done LST but Ive always wanted to use UBT if I had the vertical space

i've topped mine also i think it puts a lot less stress on the plant when you just make one cut and not have to keep bending it down and messing with it every couple days.

If your wanting big buds then I highly suggest you LST. Some people LST and use uncle bens at the same time but after two grows I've decided that I don't like stressing my girls out by topping them but that's just personal preference.
Also, I recomend if you LST then veg longer. Once you decided you want to flip, add another two weeks veg. Trust me it'll be worth it and with LST it's easily possible to fill your whole grow area with buds.

top then top again then top once more.= head heaven, topsville, colas city, and budslvannia. then lst or supercrop to move certain branches if need b in flower, but you dont have to do anything but top. OR do them all. im sure that doesnt help the mod at all lol!
but seriously its a trial and error thing man, try just topping, try just lsting, try just supercropping, do a little of all, whatever man, none can tell YOU what works best for YOU and YOUR situation.

How big is your area?
With LST you can shape your plant anyway you'd like to, pretty handy if you don't have much room.
Uncle Ben's topping technique is handy when you have a good amount of room to let your plants grow.
Neither will give you more buds. LST tends to give a bunch of equal sized buds if done properly, while Uncle Ben's gives you 4 main colas with some decent sized buds. The overall weight will be very similar, even if you don't train your buds. The real key to maximizing your yield is optimal climate and reflection. Make sure no light goes to waste. Uncle Ben has an article about diffused light, I suggest you check it out.
