LST or topping?

i have only tried LST with my past plants but im just a little afraid to harm my plants in any way i would like to know yall's input on this. LST or topping. ive seen 4 colas from topping and from LST jst want to know what yall think.

i did both on my last grow (BlackJack link below) and had great results. Ill be topping/lst from now on (until i make the scrog switch).

agreed. doing some additional research on supercropping as we speak, wanting to incorporate it into my new (and final) BJ grow (4 germed beans went into soil last night).

never thought that supercropping was easier than LST. could i scrog and top on the same plant?

If I was you I'd top them once, then LST + supercrop. Then just stand back and watch the beautiful outcome.
