Lst>> or scrog?

I have space to the sides but not height, im growing 1 plant with cfl's? can i have imput?

i would lst there is no cutting or net and u still get huge nuggs just need some rubber bands and somewhere to attach them the sooner u start the better too as soon as plant is able prob 2 weeks from seed

My first grow in soil. This is my 1 month old (still in veg) Thai plant. LSTed from 14 days old, only lightly pruned once.

hmmmmmm ... iv been seriously looking into scrog 4 my first grow in a pc case i thought that this would be best but after seeing lst in action think i might change my mind ! tough one this .. perhaps i will try both and see how my yeilds compair

I too, vote LST! Started LST'n @ like week 2 from seed myself. Just hoping for a girl now. Lol Remember when you are LST'n, no matter how you bend it... she'll always find her way back up.

What is LST??? is it when you just bend her over and tie her up can some one explane a little better thanks
