LST or ScroG?

OK i'm new in growing & this will be my first time...
So I have this cupboard (60*60*32) and its too small 4 normal growing (even lowryder couldn't fit in that space) so i figured that i should grow using LST or ScroG... So here is the question: What should i use? Witch one provides more yield in the end? So 4 me it's yield that matters just wondering witch method i shud use... I prefer LST because there is nothing that blocks the light & it's easier all tho... I will grow with CFL's...

scrog is a form of lst in which you use a screen to pull down your limbs and train your plant to grow into a bush...the screen on the scrog helps to keep all the bud growth on an even plane therefore giving even light distrubution and more uniform bud growth.....scrog is the way to go when confined to a cabinet...
