LST.... No clue

Can someone help me with low stress trainging my plant is about 61/2 inches and ive been told to put in under lst but my plant only has 2 big leaves and 2 smaller ones growing out should i wait or not and i was wondering what light times i should use
 
you like LST? look at my avatar thats at 4 weeks flowering, but if your in a rush dont do it, done properly requiires a longer veg time
 
i dun have any pics right now but its been growing for about 2 weeks and is 61/2 and has 2 big leaves and 2 little leaves u can see them growing but they are still small how do u stop stretchin?
 
ah...sounds bad. what type is it? if it's putting off a lot of heat it might be a halogen flood lamp.

go down to walmart or something and pick up some CFLs

they have 23watt 6500k daylight CFLs, get some clamp reflectors too for easy installation. also get a fan running in there it will strengthen up your stem and provide fresh air. you can place the CFLs fairly close too, within inches for best results.
 
get the lights closer, put your hand under the lights and if its really warm to hot go higher, since you have a baby it wont tolerate the heat
