Lst in flowering

can i lst my plant im 4 days flowering will it stress the plant ?

You should strat lst training long before flowering but if you tie them back now a bit you will be fine.

I have had to LST in flowering to control plant height in my grow box. No ill effects. Just be gentle and you should be fine.
