LST help....

Hi, wonderin if I could start Lst right before I started to flower... in veg. still. 5 wks. I tied down two of the plants so the branches could kinda catch up and bush up more. I left them for a week or so and then cut them loose.. That was a week or so ago, but i want to tie them all down now because i heard it increases yield and sizes of buds.. Is this ok?? Plan to flower as soon as possible.. Any helpp is appreciated.. thx.. pics are of the 2 plants i tied down and then cut loose..

The point in LST is to maximise the surface area of plant that is exposed to light (if you get what i mean?)


soo what you wannt do is tie evey branch down! (not fan leaves) and do this until the plant is bent over but not to the point it will snap. and then keep the string on because the plant will just bend back to how it was otherwise.. hope this helps.
