hello, like every anxious little watcher im still tring to figure out if my monster is a mrs or not. are these preflowers im seeing.? help is apreciated

Looks like normal vegging plant development.

Not yet. it will be slower outside because you're not in a controlled environment like you would be with an indoor grow. you're going to need to have a lot more patience to grow outside. the change over to flowering can be like watching paint dry with outdoor growing.
