lowryder #1 grow HELP

Hey guys i just recieved my lowryder seeds in the mail and im waiting on one to germ so i can plop him in the soil. im using hyponex soil that i mixed 70:30 with perlite. im growing under my bed so i have about 26 inches to work with, il be using heavy 16 professional nutrients which is supposed to be working well in cali so i thought id give it a try. im germinating using the wet paper towel method, its been about 24 hours and ive got my fingers crossed. i have a 6500k 65 watt cfl that i plan to use over it as soon as it pops out of the soil. timers will be set on 18:6 and later into life il introduce 2 2700k 17w flouresents. my plants must remain short and im a little worried about that but i think it will work as long as it grows between 12 and 16 inches. please give me any advice you can i need it as this is my first grow but ive done tons of research and hope to be smoking my own in 3 months

i live by elastic bands... during vedge, as soon as your plant starts to get close to the light pull it down. and when flowering pull all the bottom branches up towards the light in an even coverage (the more even the more bud), you can look see what sort of harvest you'll get if you go on the web sight, where you ordered your seeds. it'll be similar if not slightly less effective than a scog ( screen of green) but much easier to change around and expand when dealing with rubber bands rather than mesh screen.
