Hey im a noob on my first grow wondering apart from the time period are there any obvious indications of when an autoflowering plant has begun to flower, any help or advice?

you will see balls or pistils 1-2 weeks after it flowers

around the 3 week mark, my auto ak's are showing pistils after only 18 days
