Lower leaf problems

First off, you need to water! The plants are thirsty, that drooping is from under-watering, not over-watering! It's hard to say if something should be added, as without water, you will develop deficiencies..also, i see that all that yellowing down low is from leaves under the canopy, in the shade, and most of those leaves, i don't see any flowers attached to their nodes. The plant may be shedding them..however..you should note which nutrient the plant is taking first from those leaves it's shedding, and from the looks of it, and makes sense in mid-flower, it's potassium. So while your tops look good now, you will need to add potassium shortly so it doesn't affect the budding sites. For now, try watering every 3-4 days instead and see how that works, if you see any yellowing spreading, make sure to stay on the potassium (cannabis plants favorite food), and also keep magnesium levels up as you 'may' have an issue with that as well in short time.

but ive also seen leaf drop like that from other reasons, ive seen plants getting enough water drop like that from K def combgined with high temps

When looking at it as one quart or 4 cups per day for that size plant it doesn't sound like a lot to me.
I agree the dried leaves can be do to other reasons but it also happens to an underwatered plant.

I would also ask the OP how quickly he applies that water.
If he does it quickly he will get runoff from the water just passing through to the bottom and not have an evenly watered soil.
If he waters very slowly I would guess no runoff or at least it will be evenly watered if he does get runoff.
