Low stress training questions

I was wondering how much more you would yield off of a lst'd plant than you would off of of a similar plant that wasn't trained. ( I know there won't be an exact # I am hoping for an average).

If using lst you would only get 10-15% more max on a plant that was vegged for the same amount of time. Lst however allows you to gain much more of an even canopy if you give it a longer veg, whereas a normal plant would just keep growing upwards and only have one main cola. The normal plants lower branches would not get so much light and therefore be popcorn.

long answer shortened:

LST RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm doing a comparison as we speak. I made sure to do my comparison on two clones from the same mother. I like how easy the lst has been and am excited to see the diffrence. check out my grow in my signature.

Thanks for the responses! I have a jack the ripper that I lst'd and it is big to say the least. I would say over 6 feet if it were un coiled, I'm worried about her taking up a quarter of my grow space. I topped it to encourage the lower branches to catch up and their almost there. It was vegged for about 2 months and just put into flower about a week ago. Another question I had is do the lower branches have the potential to be as big as the main cola?
