low ppm a problem?

I'm using gh preformance pack and with
4ml micro
5 ml bloom
1.5 liquid kool bloom bulking formula
Which is about 75% recommended strength
My ppm hasn't gone over 450 and im using tap water
I'm on week 8 and I hear most people feed over 1,000 ppm at my stage
Am I doing it wrong?

I dunno mate! I use canna coco and only that. No additives or anything.
When I make up 1 ltr of nutes @ 4ml per ltr mmy ppm is like 1200 with tap water of ph6.8 so I too am interested in what I'm doing wrong!!!

Forgot to mention im using 1 gal
But the pack says per gal

5gal buckets
Today is 8 weeks from sprout

Lsd-25
Green crack both by fast buds
Think big by DP
In that order

low ppm a problem?
