Lost Seeds?

Wanted to know what you guys think about this situation . I bought some seeds threw attitude on the 31st of august. Got the Confirmation # and it said it arrived in New york on the third and it has not been updated since the 3rd last Thursday. I know it could take up to a month to get here but how long does it take to go threw Customs? Is this seized? Should I try again?

If they are siezed you will get a letter from Homeland security.Everyone says not to worry about seeds but I saw where they found seeds at chicago customs .Then they went to the address and the DEA found a Grow -op of several hundred plants.I just had seeds sent to my grow from bidzbay and I was worried,I know better than to ship to where Im growing but the shipping is great and I got my seeds in three weeks

Wont freak till the end of the week then I will talk to attitude they guarantee shipping so what ever.
