On my blog ill be showing my process of losing weight thru proper diet and exercise no steroids no stimulants


Im eating 700 calories per meal and 150 grams of protein


Im drinking 6 bottles of water too


It will be on my blog next monday im not trying to show off or anything lol im fat as shit and I got bitch tits


But im doing this so I can see my progress every week and to show what diet and exercise can do alone with no added shit

I lost like 30lb in two or three months with very little exercise apart from normal work which is kinda physically tiring and feeling full and well fed by cutting meat from my diet and eating mostly legume based dishes, oh ye i never wondered about calories or whatever i just ate til i felt satisfied. Eggs for breakfast no matter what, thats the only thing that was constant and still is now.
I still dont believe youre a fat ass as you self proclaim. You sound like a skinny little dickhead. lol

You are eating 150g of protein per meal? That's equivalent to 25 eggs a pound of chicken breast.

I thought your body can only deal with so much protein at a shot?

A proper diet of 700 calories per meal and 150 grams of protein is not only unhealthy, but unsustainable. Don't believe the hype (supplement companies) about your body needing a lot of protein, since excess protein is stored as fat.

I have personal issues. Mostly surround BED. Binge Eating Disorder. I tend to start eating and I cannot stop. I grew up dealing with my feelings by eating.

I'm happier now that I've lost a good portion of the weight, but I seriously hope I can maintain it and not revert to my old ways.

my buddy went vegetarian for two years, while in college and he was poor as shit so he coudlnt afford to eat a proper amount of food like ever, he sure lost weight....

thats fine if you want to be a vegetarian or vegan or whatever the F*** but if you cant afford to make the lifestyle change don't do it lol

and i mean...if all you can afford is a jar of peanut butter and a can of beans for food every week,, thats not really being vegan its just beign cheap

this dude was so cheap instead of buying toilet paper HE WASHED HSI ASS IN TEH SHOWER AFTERWORDS

Well at my age weight and height I need roughly 3600 calories and if I eat only 700 a meal ill lose weight because im eating less then my body needs plus im working out

It's easy to loose weight......eat accordingly and work out.Being mentally strong is the toughest part.Sometimes one has to be anti social when dieting and exercising but stick to your goals and in no time you will shed the weight.Don't depend on any one.Good luck.

I look forward to seeing how yo did it, but i can't help but think if you're sincere about loosing 50lb, you don't need a blog. Not that hard to stop eating so much and just go for a jog ever day ro so.

Im 5'10 I weigh 250.6 pounds

He shot up A bomb and he looks toned and you can see all his muscles


Look at champion strong men then look at body builder that shoot up and oh yes they shoot up

150 grams of protein per meal is beyond ridiculous and absolutely uneeded.
Unfortunately just about everyone thinks that protein in high amounts is absolutely needed or else you wither into a twig and blow away in the wind with dust
This is untrue, and you certainly do not need 150 grams of protein per meal. you need like MAXIMUM 250 grams PER DAY, if you are doing endurance training and weight training as well , if youre just going to sit around on the couch and go for the odd jogg or gym 150-200 grams of protein PER day is beyond sufficient.

also your caloric intake is off by a few hundred as well, if you're interested in weight loss and you work out 5 days a week you need to eat between 2700 and 3200 varying per day.

I can for sure say if you stick to your original plan and eat way too many calories and a ridiculous amount of protein you will end up looking like cartman on SP when he did the beefcake episode.



You may want to consider some non biased information on actual healthy lifestyle. additionally it is 70% nutrition and 30% fitness. eat all the unhealthy foods you want if you dont work out your results will be limited.

Thats sooo true, a couple of times just for curiosity after eating and being happy and almost bursting i ''counted'' the calories id ingested, i think around 6 or 700 and i mean i was wedding style statisfied.
Another thing i cant get over is how cheap it is to not eat meat, if i try i can feed myself with less than 10 euros for a whole week here in spain.
