I'm just finishing a Kali Mist grow and at 6 weeks of veg for Serious Happiness.
Of course I'd recommend either, Kali if you don't mind a long wait and Serious Happiness for a 9 week strain of very high production.

I tried kali mist it didn’t really get me high for some reason. Sucked spending all of that time on it. Their AK47 has always been good. I’ve smoked some of my AK47 with people before and they’ve said it’s the best weed they’ve smoked.

I’ve done kali mist, AK47 , and serious 6. Serious 6 didn’t work out. AK47 has been the best so far. What’s your favorite strain that gave you the best high? What’s your favorite Dr. Greenthrumbs strain?

I grew White Russian about 15 years ago.. had a cherry AK leaner that was a knockout.. I kept a cut around for a few years until I had to move. Bought a pack a few years ago to find her again but no luck. Too bad Serious seeds are tough to get here in the U.S. I'd probably try again.

I found that Kali Mist gave the the most memorable high, but I only grew AK47 once (one plant) and I'm curious how that's going to go.
I've grown 8 of Doc's strains and have seeds for Sour Diesel and Blue Dream. My favourite so far has been Headband but I've got high hopes for Sour Diesel.

The old kalimist was nice i aint had any in years mind you idk if its still the same there aks still good imo but pre 2001 it was way better i been lucky enough to try the old ak cut that used to knock about here idk if that cut still exists i doubt it alot of people here swap strains cos hype or whatever unfortunately
It still exists. Theres a dispensary about an hour from me, they only keep about 6 strains on their menu (which never changes) and the old 90s AK47 is one of them.....i love the effects, but im not huge on the cheesy smell, but I guess its pretty unique smelling and tasting even though I dont care for it much.....but still one of my favorite highs....lifts you up and then outta nowhere goes full couch lock/not getting shit done mode lol
Not true in all cases....the ak47 still holds its own....as does nyc piff.....sour diesel....and many others from the 90s-2000s.
Blueberry is still an everyday strain today....even though its flavor profile isnt the same.....its not due to it never being as amazing as I remember, its more so due to the strain needing to be reworked and new selections being made, hense altering the strain substantially compared to what it was and was loved by all.
Im absolutely sure if I get some 70s and 80s strains today, there might be some similarities, but theyd be way different representations due to the same reasons.....that and everyone making their own version ie cookies, white widow and blueberry......it happens with all strains tbh

Ive heard mixed things about anesia thanks for the rec tho i was looking at there future

There are a lot of breeders that use pre 2000 cuts for their projects, definitely not obsolete. I still enjoy a Jack Herer, that I have had since 2002, when Sensi put 15 seeds per pack.
