I started growing this Strawbwrry Streusel x Melonade from seed about a month ago now. A couple of weeks ago my grandmother had a stroke and I haven’t been able to give them much attention. I lost track of waterings and they seemed to have just stopped growing. Last time I watered my have been Friday or Thursday. I want to let them dry out because when I look at the stems they are still not drooping down much which makes me think that the issue is overwatering since the leaves are the ones drooping. I was thinking tomorrow I’ll give them some water. They are on 20/4. The medium is some local nursery soil amended with “Sustane 8-2-4” fertilizer, humid acid, bokashi and earthworm castings. The plants were doing great up until a week ago or so. First picture is on Friday night and the next one is today. 6PM EST.. thank you for reading!

Hopefully your grandmother is doing well.

What changed? What did you give them or not give them? Is 86 degrees the normal temp? Pick the plants up and see how much they weigh. Heavy pot full of water, light pot need water.

Thank you.
I think I may have been watering them too often. The temp goes from 82-86 in the tent. I just watered one and it looks strange, like curled up. I think it may have still needed to dry up more

The names that come out from folks these days
Yes it’s a funny name and it actually smells like a strawberry pastry a bit now at the leaves lol.

needs food, 18/6 is plenty of light for veg
Thanks, I just gave some of them food and they are very happy. The one I only watered is also perky but not growing much. They are cupping the leaves not sure why I will send pics.
Back off on the water, you’ll be fine. No emergency.
Thank you, I did that and it seems they are much happier now. Watered and mulched the top yesterday, also added ewc.
coco or soil?
Soil

Edit: this is today.. leaves are strange

Overboard on nitrogen from wherever
Back it down or all your lower leaves will end up like that
Thank you. I actually lost a lot of lower leaves already. The thing seems to be that the fertilizer i used from the get go was a slow release nitrogen fertilizer so i was told to wait 45 days before feeding. To the two bigger 3 gallon pots I added some build a soil craft blend. I might try and flower one on its own
