I am involved in agriculture. and am looking for software for farmers to control crop timing, calculate fertilizer and monitor fields. Has anyone tried it?

In my work as an agronomist, a lot of tasks are solved by software and applications. In our practice, we use satellite images to analyze fields and solve many tasks. Vegetation analysis, irrigation, field tracking, weather conditions. This website will help you learn more information and I have tested software that has helped me

I write software and have worked in a lot of areas over the years (31 years).

My initial advice to a prospect is to review the "COTS" programs - ("commercial, off the shelf, software") because that software is usually a good value, well-debugged, has good tech support, and has a broad feature set.

Where to look? Check with trade organizations, go to trade shows, talk to other growers. A lot of companies start with something off the shelf and, if they have the need and the money, they can transition to custom solution.

There may be some software, but I don't think it will meet your needs perfectly. It seems to me that the best option is to create your own website or application and make it convenient for your needs. In today's world, marketplace website development, it doesn't take a lot of time or money and that means that after a short time you can be a market leader with your product.
