Just took a look around Hemp Depot, talk about an old fashioned convoluted order system !

Basically you make your choices and email them. They will email back if they are in stock and how much.

Then you pay, I'd likely e-transfer. Email them again with the security answer and mailing address ;)

Lots of choices, no search function.

Cheers

Omuerta Genetics is in Canada. Jake has some real nice breeds. Thousand Oaks is definitely a winner.

JOTI has not been the same since I heard he sold the company.. Myself I ran them last year and overall wasn't too impressed.

HempDepot is a pain to order from but Ive always received my packages..

True North is overrated and overpriced.

Peak Seeds I hear is solid but I've never order from him so I can not verify.

Lucky13 Seeds.. I am currently running his gear and pleasantly surprised with them so far. Nice selection, shipping was fairly quick and the ordering was easy. To top it off at the start of my run I had more males then females showing up, Sprout went ahead and resent the entire order for free..

As of now these are the main one's I know of, but breeders pop up faster then canna shops do these days.

I only order from True North when they have a sale.

I received 30% off as a first time customer and another 30% off to sign up for their newsletter ! More than offset the $20 shipping fee...

Next order was another 30% off sale I believe ? Seems they are having a sale every other week ;)

Cheers

If you are getting 30% off then it may be worth it, they have legit genetics, they just seem pricey.. Maybe they are wising up and bringing the price down some lately. I hope, I support Canadians first and it's always nice to have a selection.

Peak Seeds seems to have the website working, but no option to checkout?

True North is expensive, and all the free seeds are "Canuk" which I never grow anyways. I'd never order from Crop King. Not sure why, I've just never heard anybody say anything good about them.

Jordan / JOTI selling out really bummed me out. He wasn't fast, but the free pack made an order kind of 'exciting' to see what the freebie was. TIP: when placing an order with JOTI, you get a free 'pack per order'. So if I wanted three different strains, I'd do three separate orders a few days apart. That way I'd get 3 freebie packs instead of just 1 :). I'm not at all interested in their new lineup. I may grab some more of their older stuff and just stock up as this new owner seems to have no desire to maintain the strains that got them where they are/ were.

Looking for another small Canadian breeder focused on simple and good genetics, I just placed a test order with Just A Handful on Monday and got notified they were shipped Wednesday. A friend is rocking some of their Island Sweet Skunk / Frisian Dew hybrids outdoors and they look really, really good, so I thought I'd try them out. The site said 'Est. 2017' and has lots of reviews, so at least its not one of these 'Est. 2022' seed sites coming out of the woodwork. Not a lot online from / about them, but it seems like they just don't care to advertise or engage with social media much.

OSBA/RMG - Oldschool breeders association / Reeferman Genetics - they have a mailer that goes out to anyone that ordered seeds before too with some funky crosses and prototype strains not found on the main website. Ships from BC, quite often with free ship and/or freebies.

There's a bunch of Canadians on the Overgrow forums who are generous with their own beans. You can find testers and various levels of "chuckers" and breeders offering their crosses. Worth a look, IMO. I've received a few myself.

Is oldschool breeders association not a scam?? Id heard it was very questionable to say the least plus they claim to have alot of rare genetics
