if you look threw the forms there is one that tells how to cut the top of a soda bottle and mail them. Nothing sketchy bout it. Had a buddy in cali who use to ship to east cost all the time.

most people just make it out to be more sketchy than it needs to be. more drugs go thru the mail than anyone would ever guess.
