Looking for an OG Kush that stays fairly short...

It's hard to say, but I am wondering if there are any OG's that don't have that real stretchy vertical growth. One I saw that indicates in the description that it stays shorter is DNA's Lemon OG.
 
There is Blue og by G13 labs. I've seen a journal or two on this one and it looks good. Supposedly has a berry taste. Not sure if that is to far from the og line you're looking at. Other than that my brother ran the purple og #18 by reserva and I don't think it got out of hand. He loved it. It had that classic west coast purp taste.
 
Cataract kush, I've never grown it but I've grown 4-5 strains with LA confidential in it and they all stay pretty small. id be willing to wager a doob that it will stay bushy.
 
None of the og's I've grown have been super stretchy, and I've grown the ghost cut, Larry og, and bubba kush.. out of the lot, I'd probably say bubba is about the squatest of the lot..
Amazing smoke and flavor and smell to die for, but a pretty crappy yield over all is what you can expect from bubba kush.. in fact, pretty much all og's I've grown are pretty low on the yield dpt, but make up for it with amazing smoke..
 
Bubba is not a og.

Find a mother, grow her to maturity. The clones will not stretch as much. Flower them short, around 6-8 inches or so.

Well what is Bubba Og then? straight bubba Kush is Not an og, true, but there are crosses out there.
 
hey redeye ive been looking at the purple og#18 [purplewreck-x-og #18] ive grown purplewreck & it was very easy to control i have access to cc-blackwater that ill try at some point same guy has 818 headband too the g-13 labs blue og looks promising

My brother's purple og18 out performed his purple wreck(which hermied), 818 headband don't look bad either. Some many choices. mmmmmm.
 
the new purplewrecks seem to herm i grew out one of their first batches and had no problems with it. they also look alot different than before, wonder what they did to it.

Bubba kush = indica, no stretch, big fans, short, stout plant paki afghan flavor, body buzz
og kush = sativa leaning highbred, up to 3 times stretch, lemon fuel piney, mix of body and head

bubba og? Do you mean a cross like dr green thumbs offers? F1, you will get a mix of phenos some leaning towards mom, some towards dad. Some in the middle. Crap shoot like any other cross. I would skip it. Pick the one you like best.

bubba is good, don't get me wrong. But for my preference I will take an og over bubba any day.
