I apologize in advance for my ignorance, but I dont know what the term is.

I have almost come to cutting my buds off the plant. I dont want to cut her up after Im done with harvest.

Is there anyway to make this plant bud again?

again sorry for the ignorance. I just dont know what it would be called?

I just call it re-vegging. Not the technical term, but hey. Actually, if it were me, I'd just try taking some clones rather than trying to revive the whole plant. I would think it would work out much better for you. Expect some odd growth at first though (leaf formation).
 
Think it would clone if there is absolutely no leaves left on the plant?

regeneration is the 'technical' term. It can be an excellent way of getting more from your plant if you dont want to clone. You will need leave some growth on the plant and put back into 18/6, if you go 24/0 like some would suggest the transition to veg actually takes longer due to added shock. I have regenerated many times and always got similar yields to the original, another myth is that yields decrease...good luck.

i actually cut some clones and they started flowering even under 18 hours light, every single one... i wish some one could help me with that

yeah...if the buds are still on there then you have some leaves...I assumed you meant you already picked it clean and wanted to reveg it.
