Can anyone tell me why this seedling looks bumpy? I transplanted like 4 days ago it's under a 200w led at about 30 inches. I have not watered sense the transplant. It is in ffof. 20180827_053249.jpg 20180827_053309.jpg

You need to keep it regularly hydrated buddy, especially if you just transplanted.

Try to add a little bit of water every other day, and spray the leaves with water when the lights go off - Never when the light is on or bad things can happen.

It is looking thirsty to me and 30 inches might be a bit high for a 200W led - Try to make it sit in between 16-20 inches above the plant and with the correct hydration, the seedling should take off in a few days.

To note it is normal to have stunted growth in the days following a transplant.

Good luck

Ty I felt like I watered it to much after the transplant because water wad coming out the bottom a good bit then when it started getting those uplifted spots on it I thought it was from overwatering lol

Well, i was basing myself on the fact that you said you didn't water for 4 days after the transplant! But if you did, and thought it was too much, you should wait a bit till the top of the medium feels dry about 2-3 cm in, then water again. But then try to establish a pattern and the amount of water you put in also depends on the size of the pot.

The smaller the pot, the more frequent you need to water but with a little bit only. If the pot is relatively big, then you can give larger amount of water and wait a couple of days before the top 3 cm of the medium feels dry again. As the plant grows, it will also require more & more water per watering.

But be careful with the info you give buddy, over watering and under watering typically have the same appearance! And somebody can send you straight in the wrong direction, which we would not want to happen.

A good benchmark i have is when 20% of whatever i put it goes down the bottom as run off.

Ok that was where I was at 20percent. And I felt pretty deep and felt dry so I did water again with little bit of run off I believe u are right that it needed water we will see in a day or so

Those up lift spots were air pockets. Meaning very dry spots in the cup. Be sure the next time you water to do so slowly. Add a cup or so of water then wait five minutes or so the do it again. You want to be sure all of the medium gets moisture to insure a healthy root system.

And dont worry about the bumps for now. FFOF can be a bit hot for some seedlings. As long as you dont see signs of outright nute burn you should be fine.

Ok so I'm guessing that may be it because it's pretty dark green also compared to my other plants
