Ok i took these clones 5 days ago, did my usual with just plain distilled water. well i wasnt around yesterday and got back to find the fan leafs on this one clone is yellow and turning brown on the ends. the brown part isnt crispy(yet). I sterilized before cutting and also i cut some fan leaves on another clone and it isnt showing the same problem. Also its only on the 2 fan leafs, other leafs are not showing any signs. Underneath its already showing some tap roots, just a little brown from where i shaved the outer skin off. All other clones are fine showing no signs of the same problem (i took 2 clones from the same plant, only 1 is showing this problem.) I immediately changed water and rinsed the tub/lid. Should i continue to let it root or just throw it out or cut the fan leafs off?IMG_20111003_132835.jpgIMG_20111003_132829.jpg

i can snap some more pics of the plant i took from (but its not showing any of the same problem.)

just let it root and dont bother it. eventually the old leaves will fall off and new ones will grow. u should consider feeding it 1/4 strength mild formula if Ur clones already rooted.

Im not sure i will feed, i have 4 clones in the same tub and only that one is showing some tap roots, others just have that white blob on them right before they start to root. I guess letting it root out wont hurt the others? never seen this problem before just wanted to make sure thanks.

it wont hurt, just wait till all 4 of them root. give it some hormones like super thrive will always speed up the process.

just be patient, theres nothing wrong with your clones. make sure they get good humidity and adequate ventilation
