Long time lurker first grow!!

Okay so I've grown up over the years and now finally have my own place to reside. This is my first grow here are some pictures. The plants are random bagseed and they're vegging under 2 105watt 5000k cfls 24/7. They're probably thirty days from seed and I hope to know their sex soon. Oh i'm using 1 gallonwater jugs wrapped in foil(to remove root lighting) as hempy buckets with 100% perlite mixture.
How do they look? I just attempted to FIM them 24 hours ago so hopefully they'll recover as planned.
The growbox is an ikea cabinet and I'll be ordering some emergency blankets(mylar) to line it with. Bagseed sucks so last night I ordered quite a few feminized seeds from attitude and got a bunch of free skunk crosses with it. Hoping that will guarantee my success

Your plants look healthy. I also grow with 100% perlite but not with milk jugs. Where is your reservoir or are you just watering them like a normal soil plant?

The reservoir is in the bottom of the hempy bucket. I'm watering them with PH'd shultz nutrient(10-15-10) water in the rough 5-6 range(using vinegar). I'm waiting on my ph test strips to show up and then I'll run by an aquarium for some proper ph down

Ya man not bad at all, what lights do you plan on using to bud them

I suggest either warm cfls or (my personal fav) a 150 w hps.

As the plant reaches the maturity level to start flowering, it will start to show pre flowers during the veg cycle. It normally takes 4-6 weeks but you can sex them by waiting.

I believe these particular plants will be flowered using my current 210 watt 5000k cfl setup combined with 2 68 watt 2700k from home depot. Im ordering a 150 watt hps from HTGsupply which I plan to use on my expensive seeds.

Today I bought some PH down from the pet store so I can stop using vinegar to adjust ph

Update plant number 1 has showed sex and its MALE. I knew the little circular preflowers were bad. Next thing you know I lift up the skirt and BAM a ball hanging from the stem. Good news is I believe the other plant(whos developing preflowers aren't shaped so circular) is female. I'll post some pics later Im working a 6am shift at work so im going to go suffer.

Here is a picture of the plant with male preflowers. I was in a hurry so I used my cell phone it takes a decent picture :joint:

It also has a perfect hanging ball about halfway down the stalk and that confirms it.

So I finally killed the male plant and readjusted my bulb's direction to suit the current 1 plant. It's still not big enough to clone(in my newb opinion) however I just set the bulbs up so all 210(real) watts of cfls are focused above the one female. here are some pictures of its preflowers and the light setup. My plant looks a bit nute burned but I tapered off the current dose of nutes by 50% and now molases added and I know it'll return back to healthy super dark green.

My girl is pictured holding the male plants root system after a rough 30 days from bagseed in a hempy bucket . Rest is of what I suspect to be a female(compared to circular balls LOL)

hey rollitup members it has saddened me you all haven't replied. None the less I post more updates of my now 1x single female baby. The poor plant ended up nutrient burned due to me skipping too high in nutrient dose without the proper steps of adjusting inbetween. So I flushed it with 6ph water with 1 drop of 10-15-10 and a capful of h2o2 in 16oz glass. She's recovering well here are the pics

Haha I havent thought of naming my plants really. Im waiting on my seeds to arrive from attitude but I have hope for this bagseedstrain now fasho female plant. I really wanna clone it three times and flower a total of four plants to end the strain. Im really high so it's hard to post but it'd be nice to smoke my own shit you kno?

Edit: temps I asure you have been pretty low as it's been 45f outside recently in san francisco
