Long food storage

What food can i make that will last a long time without using a freezer. I would like to make something small and strong you can eat every now and then like a cookie but that you dont have to eat right away and store as long as possible. Any suggestions?

Did you ever get any information on your question? I've been looking for information regarding how long the potency of baked goods remains "high". Does anyone know if the THC breaks down over time? I too would like to make some baked goods and keep for longer periods of time.

I don't have a vaccum sealer. Bummer.

But does THC loose it's potency after being cooked and stored for weeks at a time? I've tried looking up in previous threads but I don't see any information regarding this.

If you want to save some for long term here is what I do.

Go to the grocery store and get one of these,
or you can get them on ebay.

The pump comes with three bags.

Get a jar,
a thumb tack, to poke a hole in the lid,
some glue,
and an applicator stick.

Cut the blue valve from the ziplock bag,
and apply some glue to the blue circle.

Stick the plastic valve to the hole you made in the lid,
with the thumb tack and let it dry.

After the glue is dry,
put the pollen in the jar,
and pull a vacuum with the pump.
