that would make sense from the racial angle, there's even racially fucked sentencing differences for crack versus cocaine. len bias laws or some shit.

Black people are actually more likely to get diagnosed at a terminal stage of skin cancer because they also make that assumption. But Buck would attribute it to racism and them too poor to seek treatment. The simple truth is the white man is more concerned with vanity.
Black people can also get sunburns, I know a few who have. Except londonfog, he says he is a shade darker than charcoal and never burns. Probably gets ashy though.
