No...those reflect heat as well which probably won't help any.

Get a thermal mylar emergency blanket from w-mart. They are cheap. Cut it up and mount it to a piece of cardboard using push pins or something. Bend the cardboard into the shape of a reflector. The mylar will melt so keep your reflector a safe distance away. At least 1 foot away for 400watt hps for example.
