Lockout, Deficiency or Possibly Bugs in late flower? What are your two cents??

Week 6 Soil Emerald Harvest 2 part Nutrient
Temps Day 72 Nights 68
30-50 RH
Plant looks healthy otherwise just getting some small rusty spots in between the veins on more so the colas
this is the only plant in the garden that seems to be doing this
Whats your opinion? I appreciate the help!!

those leaves are really very dark green looking so im wondering is there a toxicity of something which is about to cause a lockout? are you feeding heavy?

Yeah I was feeding the highest ppms of the cycle for week 5-6 but I'm tapering down now for week 7-8. This far into flower is there anything I should be worried about?
