little yellow spots.. help

so i have read here in one of the guids what the little yellow spots on my lower leaves are from, but i can't remeber if its pest or nutes and can't find it on here.

the lower leaves are getting little (i mean little) yellow spots all over the leaves that are brown around the edges. these spots are like 1/32 of an inch.. just little guys, but i have noticed them on a couple of the plants (not all). all the plants are in the same soil in a plot so im hoping i can fix this before the others show the same problem.

and ideas guys? i have noticed ants on the plants, which commonly come with alphids, but these are yellow spots not holes, just spots and there isn't any honey residue on the plants or anything.

also my leaves don't have that 'happy leaf' feeling... they are more like papery.. anyone know what this is a sign of?

i also had the same problem my plant was actually lacking nutrients but if you leave the leaves alone your plany should be fine mine dissappeared within a week or 2

thanks man, i actually thought if anything it was over-nutrient problem, as i go out there with a gallon of mollassis, and fish fertilizer and fert my plants that way, we have been getting alot of rain so mother nature kinda evens out me loving my plants to death.

i feel like some times people on this site loose sight of the big picture that this is a community to help others, they see a post like this and think im a noob (when they know the answer), then go on to look at pictures of medical monster grows. if i see someone with a question that i know the answer to i help them, it dosn't matter if im waiting on somone to update pictures of there grow or not. thanks for the help candaianbacon (back bacon haha)
