Little worms & nats

My plant has little nats and tiny worms eating there way through my leaves. I do not have a camera so no pic ATM.

I heard that i can use bleach. To me it is logical not to because of the harsh chemical which makes up bleach will burn any organic matter.

What chemical do I use to get rid of them with out hurting plant?
Where can I purchase it?

I have found that Pyrethrum aerosols will work for nats. Where can I buy this? Would it be at home depot or a gradening supply store?

I am an exterminator and I will tell you that Pyrethrum works great. It is made from the Chysanthemum flower, but you must make sure that it only contains Pyrthrins and not other chemicals like butoxide, which many do. I use a spray called "CB-80" when the gnats get too bad which is rarely. I usually use Einstein Oil(Neem Oil) to combat them when they pop up here and there. You can also do a soil drench with Neem to kill the larvae in the soil. Neem oil works great on a host of other insects too as well as fungi and mold. Both Nemm oil and Pyrethrum must be used in regular interval until the problem ceases. Pests lay eggs which sometimes hatch after the treatment has worn off, so more than one treatment is generally needed.

Also try mosquito dunks for gnats, they are cheap easy to work with and kill the larvae quick.... They contain the ingredient TBi... Theurusis Baccalsomething var. Israelisnes or something like that Tbi for short it's also in a product called Gnatrol which is thick and goopy like neem... Mosquito dunks are by far the easiest..

Recently I was watering plants when I noticed the smallest larvae crawling all over the soil. These little insects would float on top of the water, when the water soaked in they continued crawling throughout the soil.

Are these plants facing any problems? They are indoor, and this is the first time any small insects have been noticed. These plants stand almost a foot tall, and all of them are as beautifully green as can be.

Should I get rid of these pests? If so, what would be the quickest and easiest way?

If you have a hydroponics store available, they will have MANY brands of insect and mold sprays to choose from.
