Little white clump appearing during drying?

Doesnt really look like mold to me, they are little white balls, they come off very easy and are not fuzzy at all. Any idea what these are? This is my first dry. You can see it right in the middle there.

Your buds are too airy for it to be mold. Could it be something in the room your drying in that is getting blown around and is ending up on your buds?

Are the little white balls hard, and crumble when you squeeze them? Do you grow in soil/use perlite?

Yes, and I grow in soil but it's a fox farm mix, never added perlite to it

I see little white things when I grind up weed, I think the inside of the the stems turn white after drying but I don't know why it'd be poking out.
