The girls have been flowering for two or three weeks. You can see in the picture that the hairs are starting to 'brown' at the tips. When do I need to cut this baby down?

Tons of time yet.

I'd guess at another 5-6 weeks before you start thinking about harvest.

yea she has just begun to flower what strain look at your seedbank for a ideal flowering time

she looks sativa so you'll probably be looking at around 10 weeks
