Litghting advice needed

Hi i have just purchased a 400w reflector that already has a lead connected (IEC Male) are all 400w ballasts IEC Female

Sorry basiacly i purchased a reflector that has the lighting fitment that i just stick my HPS bulb in, Of the reflector i have a lead coming of which needs to be attached to a 400w ballast, The lead that comes off has a IEC Male lead coming of, When i purchase a bllast will this just plug in or do i need a pacific ballast i cant seem to find info anywhere please see attached pic.

Yeh thats the one mate it has the IEC Male coming of my reflector will this attach to any ballast ( DO ballasts have a IEC Femail on them)
