lites/eyes?

i know that hps will be no good for your eyes, but is it bad?. and if so how bad. i starting to wear s.glasses but keep forgeting to put em on,and keep looking at the lites by acc. will it fuck up my eyes?. if i keep doing it?.

Yes, any prolong staring at bright lights will mess up your eyes. Just dont look at them directly man, treat it as you would the sun.

shut up dick head, of course im not staring at the lite, but the odd time, i look at it by acc. i just wanted to know , would it fuck up your eyes , acc looking from time to time. but i think ive got an answer.

since setting up a room i have a hard time reading at night,how can high intesity lights not screw with your eyes

Maybe your eyes became adjusted to the bright light? Are you in the grow room a lot?
