My lady has been flowering for 5 weeks and her buds haven't burst yet! I currently have 7 100w cfl soft whites nd one 100w daylight cfl. I'm growing in my outhouse tht I've painted tha walls white. Her strain is cookie dough kush nd she's a hydroponic grow. I really juss need to know is this normal or am I missin something. All advice welcome.

you have a light leak or your light is staying on longer then 13 hours a day.
I have it on a timer. 12am/12pm so I normally check on her everyday to make sure

then you have a light leak ? or the plants are a alien form of cannabis . lol after 3 weeks you should see white hairs . I don't care what strand it is . nothing I have seen takes 5 weeks to see flowering . I cant see that plant w ell but am I seeing 1 finger leafs on it ? instead of 5 or 7

I started her on 12/12 from seedling
alright if 12/12 from seed your right around the mark to start seeing bud production give it about another week, and if nothing look into the a possible light leak

Go stand in it at lights out and let your eyes adjust to the darkness.Sounds like light leaks or...
You say you've been growing 12/12 from seed.Even though that works,the seedling/plant will continue to veg for quite a few weeks before starting to flower.
You have preflowers,so give it another 2 weeks and I bet buds start forming.
