Lights?

Hey all. Would this light be ok for 3 plants at the same time?

If not please enlighten me. I still have yet to build the box. I had success with one plant with my current box but i want to be able to have a mother plant, and 2 clones vegging at the same time while in a another space in the box have 1 flowering. I plan on doing a 3 box in one deal. On the left side the vegging stage, middle the drying stage (completely enclosed with airflow coming from the other two sides, let me know if this would work ill see if i can find the plans i found online. it looked like a great setup) and on the right the flowering stage.
