MH for veg, HPS for flowering, 6500K veg, 2700K flower, lumens I believe depends on the wattage of you lamps.

I don't understand your question, I posted 6500K for veg, 2700K for flower, 6500K is more on the blue side for veg, 2700K is more on the red side for flowering.

I've been through all the lights, fluro, hps, cfl ,led and so on. Instead of dealing with the pain of changing bulbs, not enough intensity and spectrum issues I'm now convinced Ina-Grow makes one of the best if not the best efficient light out there. It's an induction lighting system. The pro 420 PAR are what I use. Yes pricey but in the end totally worth it. The staff is also knowledgeable and very nice. They are also made in USA. Of course the bulbs aren't. No fluro bulbs are US made. It's illegal for the US to work with fluorescence in manufacturering lights fyi. When researching... Stay away from the M-land lights. I've got those too. They can't touch an Inda-Gro light. You will recoup the expense in 1-2 grows. Hope that helps.

This is an interesting question because at this point there are so many tweaked lights.
You can get HPS bulbs with enhanced spectrums and you can get MH bulbs with enhanced spectrums. They all claim they are the best spectrums and I really havent seen much from people who have used multiple spectrum bulbs.

I have been using an enhanced MH conversion bulb for veg for years and an enhanced hps bulb for years so I really don't know the difference if I were using pure MH and pure HPS.
