lights

hi guys ive got a grow space of 7ft long 4 ft wide 5 ft high so im restricked by hight
but was thinking or needs advice on light would 2 400 watt be a better option then 1 600watt
by the time i hang the lights im left with around 4 an half foot hight so was thinking of keeping
them low by topping or super cropping. any ideas or advice would be very helpful cheers guys peace!!!!!!

2x 400w would be perfect, make a scrog and fill all the 7x4 with a canopy of Buds, get some cool tube/hoods for the 400Ws and keep em close
