Lights?

Do the lights have to be on for 18 hours when in the seediling + Veg Growth
cuz I dont really wanna leave my lights on when im not home
but if i have to leave the lights on for 18 hours i will

You want 18 to 24 hr for veg. If your worried about your lights not being safe to leave on while gone, rethink your setup. If not leave on atleast 18hr. Goodluck with grow.

Anything electrical can start a fire as you know,having a safe room is about HOW you have everything hooked up as much as what you have hooked up,is your circut safe,is it of the wire size needed to safely take the load of the lights,are all your extension cords the proper gauge for the load,are you pushing the circut near its limit

To answer your saftey question you need to look at how everything is hooked up & ask yourself what would happen in the event of a cord shorting out or a power strip blowing.
