lights?

hi iv looked everywhere and cant find anything on comparing son/mh,led,cfl lights for growing has anyone tried all 3 or even 2 and compared the results? cant find info anywhere except manufactors who of course think there shits the best any independent reviews?

This page on GrowWeedEasy.com talks about some of the different grow lights available. I personally prefer a mix of LEDs and CFLs for my grows. The reason for this is because venting and providing an exhaust system is too difficult in my situation, so HPS/MH lights are out for me. I have two 90 watt eLoofa LED panels which do a good job, but I'm not getting the yields I've come to expect with them by themselves. The buds were great though, so I'm currently supplementing the two panels with CFLs. This has worked really well for me and given me 2-3 ounces off each plant (six total plants).

I'm also considering getting a 180 watt LED panel with 3W bulbs from Advanced LED next because I've heard of a fellow cannabis grower who has had good luck with that company:
