Lights on or Lights off?

Just planted my germinated seeds in my pc grow box, should I turn on the lights?

Edit: it would be under 6 13 watt Cfls

Turn em on brotha man... they'll appreciate the heat and when they break ground they'll have something to work towards

I do it with the lights off & it works for me evrytime
