lights ok?

So I have a 2x4 ft t5 with 4 bulbs in them. I also have two 150w equivalent CFL'S and two 60w equivalent LED bulbs. is this Enough Light? I currently have a 5 week old plant which is about 6-8 inches high but I feel like it should be a lot bigger. I'm growing in soil, indoor, feeding organic gobox for nutes and I'm watering it about 2 pints of water a week. I also have 4 white widow fem seeds that just sprouted....Any help?

aside from light you have some sort of deficiency going on. look at the leaves. you better fix that first! I cant help you there ,but I can tell you your gonna have to give more info when asking for help. what kinda soil, what size pot, what light cycle and so on. hell for that matter it might even be nute burnt. you shouldn't have to feed at all for the first few weeks..

Yeah I'm fixing that now... just gave it camg+ ... soil is fox farm forest ocean I think it's called... its in a 1 gallon pot but it's not filled all that way, that's where I think I fucked up. right now I figured I put it on 12/12. This plant was the tester, it was a regular seed I figured I'd put it on 12/12 to see the gender... I have another 4 plants that are like 3 days old which I'm going to add a 200w led full spectrum light fixture to it hopefully this helps with the growth
