is it ok to have a black light on when the regular light is off so i can see whats going on at night with out stress the plant??

use a green light...for some reason plants cant seen green light...

nothings going on at night just let it be

EXACTLY!!!! (other then when my god dam cat sneaks in somehow.......fan took care of that..........)

just go in there and do your maintenece when the lights are on....... unless you have some pesky cat/rat/pest problem...... then use a green light.....
