I have a fluro set up in soil and im about 3 and a half weeks into flowering. I left one of my lights on for about an hour and a half after they were supposed to go out. is this gonna make em herm? or stress em out? should I add an extra hour and a half of darkness? any advice, or thoughts are appreciated...

I've heard it said that plants can't measure the amount of light that they get, just the amount of darkness. I'm not sure if this is true, but it is a pretty widespread myth if not.
I personally would add an extra hour and a half of darkness, just to give the plant it's standard 12 hour night.
Are you using a timer? If not, you realy should be.
